I’m trained in both EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and Person-Centred Therapy. I have experienced the privilege of supporting many people through trauma, anxiety, stress, and bereavement. My approach is holistic, grounded in the latest insights from neuroscience. I use techniques specifically designed to help calm the nervous system. Allowing restoration of emotional balance and regulation, always tailoring therapy to suit each person’s unique needs.
